Neighborhood
Summer Salt Life sits in a quiet residential pocket of Orange Beach, Alabama, tucked just off Perdido Beach Boulevard. You are minutes from the sugar-white sand of the Alabama Gulf Coast, plus the restaurants, shops, and mini-golf that make Orange Beach a repeat family destination.
Walk the dog around the neighborhood in the morning, grab coffee and beignets nearby, then head to the beach for the afternoon. The Wharf, Adventure Island, and Alabama Point are all a short drive away. Gulf State Park trails and the pier round out the outdoor options for active guests.
Dining favorites within a few minutes: Cosmo’s, Cobalt, Fishers at Orange Beach Marina, GT’s on the Bay, and Big Fish. Grocery runs are easy with Publix, Walmart, and Winn-Dixie all close by.
Orange Beach is walkable, dog-friendly, and easy to navigate. Perfect for families, girls’ trips, and multi-generation groups.

Primary Bedroom: King bed (sleeps 2), full bath with soaking tub and separate shower.
2nd Bedroom: King bed with a twin bunk (sleeps 3), full bath with tub/shower.
3rd Bedroom: Two Queens and two twin bunks (sleeps 6), full bath with shower.
4th Bedroom: Two Queens (sleeps 4), shared hall bath.
Sleeper sofa in the living room adds room for 2 more.
Amenities you will actually use: resort-style zero-entry pool, fire pit, front porch with rocking chairs, fully equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi with Starlink backup, Smart TVs throughout, full-size washer and dryer, and central A/C.

You have the entire home to yourself. Every bedroom, bathroom, the kitchen, living areas, front porch, backyard, fire pit, and the resort-style zero-entry pool are all yours for the length of your stay.
Check-in is contactless with a smart-lock. Your personal door code is sent the morning of arrival along with turn-by-turn directions, WiFi details, and everything you need to settle in.
Four private parking spots are included. No permit or pass required. Street parking is available for extra vehicles.

Hi, I am Bre with Beacon Escapes.
I am available by message anytime before, during, and after your stay. Most messages are answered within an hour during the day and first thing in the morning if sent overnight.
You will hear from me a few days before arrival with check-in details, WiFi, parking, and everything you need to settle in. On the morning of arrival, I will send your personal smart-lock code and turn-by-turn directions.
During your stay, I stay out of your way. This is your vacation. If anything comes up, whether it is a question about the pool, a restaurant recommendation, or something in the home that needs attention, message me and I will handle it quickly.
Our local team is close by for anything that needs eyes on the property.

Transit
A car is the easiest way to experience Orange Beach, Alabama. Four private parking spots are included at the home, with street parking available for extra vehicles. No permit or pass required.
Pensacola International Airport (PNS) is roughly a 40-minute drive. Mobile Regional (MOB) is about 90 minutes. Gulf Shores is 15 minutes west, and Perdido Key is 10 minutes east.
Once you are settled in, most of what you need is close by. The beach, restaurants, mini-golf, and grocery stores are all within a short drive or bike ride. Uber and Lyft run in Orange Beach and are handy for evenings out.
For the adventurous, kayak, paddleboard, jet ski, and boat rentals are available at Orange Beach Marina and along the Intracoastal Waterway. Bring bikes if you have them. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to ride.
Leave the traffic behind. You are here to slow down.
Notes
A few housekeeping notes to make your stay smooth:
Check-in is 4:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request based on the cleaning schedule.
This is a non-smoking home, inside and out on covered porches. Designated smoking is allowed in the open yard away from doors and windows.
Pets are welcome with advance registration. Two well-behaved dogs up to 75 lb per stay. Please de-shed and bathe your dog before arrival. No pets on beds or upholstered furniture. Waste bags are provided in the laundry room.
The pool is not heated. Water temperature follows the season.
Trash and recycling pickup days will be in your welcome message. Bins live on the side of the home.
Starlink WiFi backs up the primary internet, so you stay connected even during Gulf Coast weather.
