Beacon Escapes welcomes you to Summer Salt Cove in Orange Beach, Alabama. This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat sleeps up to 12 and is perfect for families, friend getaways, and tournament teams. Enjoy the Summer Salt community resort-style zero-entry pool, firepit, and easy walks to Orange Beach shores, dining, and mini-golf. Pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs, 75 lb each). Space
Step into the spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, designed for relaxation and restoration with oversized furnishings, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs throughout.
Sleeping configuration (sleeps up to 12):
Primary Bedroom: King bed plus queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 4). En-suite full bath with soaking tub and separate shower.
2nd Bedroom: King bed (sleeps 2). En-suite full bath with tub/shower combo.
3rd Bedroom: L-shaped bunk arrangement, full bed on bottom, twin bunk above, plus a perpendicular twin bunk on the side (sleeps 4). Full bath with tub/shower combo.
Living area: Queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2).
A half bath is conveniently located on the main floor for guest use.
Access
You’ll have full access to the entire home throughout your stay. We use a smart Schlage lock for digital, contactless check-in. Your unique entry code is sent before arrival and works the entire stay, so there’s no need to coordinate keys.
Three driveway parking spots are provided in front of the home for cars, SUVs, or pickup trucks. Additional street parking is first-come, first-served. Boats and trailers are not permitted in the Summer Salt community, so please reach out before arrival if you need overflow accommodations.
While we offer fully self-directed check-in, we’re available throughout your stay if questions come up. Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive Bre’s direct contact information along with your check-in details. We typically respond within an hour during the day.
Neighborhood
Summer Salt Cove sits in the Summer Salt community, tucked just off Perdido Beach Blvd directly behind the Ruby Slipper Café, one of Orange Beach’s most-loved breakfast spots and just a 5-minute walk from your front door.
You’re a 15-minute walk (or 3-minute drive) to Romar Beach Public Beach Access, where parking is available for a small fee. Doc’s Seafood & Steaks and Wolf Bay Restaurant are both a short stroll, and beachside mini-golf is a 5-minute walk for casual evenings out.
It’s a quiet residential pocket with the convenience of being moments from the action, the perfect base for a Gulf Coast getaway.
Transit
Adventure awaits in Orange Beach, AL. The stunning beaches and the Gulf of Mexico are a 15-minute stroll away, and Gulf State Park, with over 25 miles of trails for biking, running, and walking, is within easy reach.
The Wharf, famous for shopping, restaurants, and concerts in its outdoor amphitheater, is a quick 20-minute drive. Plan unforgettable days fishing, taking a dolphin cruise, climbing aboard a pirate ship adventure, or thrill-seeking with parasailing, all within minutes of the home.
Public transportation is limited in Orange Beach, so we recommend bringing a car. Three driveway parking spots await your arrival, with first-come, first-served street parking available for additional vehicles. The nearest airport with commercial flights is Pensacola International Airport (PNS), roughly an hour’s drive.
Interaction With Guests
We believe in self-directed, low-touch hospitality. Your time is precious, and we don’t want to interrupt it. Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive everything you need to settle in: your entry code, Wi-Fi info, the house manual, Bre’s direct contact information, and a Guest App with restaurant recommendations and local tips.

Hotel-grade cleaning: our home is professionally cleaned between every stay. Coverlets, linens, and towels are washed and disinfected, not just spot-cleaned. Your only job is to relax and enjoy.
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM out of respect for our neighbors in the Summer Salt community.
Pets are welcome. We allow up to 2 dogs, 75 lb limit each, with a flat pet fee of $200 per stay. Please clean up after your pets in the yard and throughout the Summer Salt community to avoid HOA fines.
No smoking or vaping inside the home. Outdoor smoking is permitted on the front or back porch only. Guests are responsible for safely extinguishing and disposing of butts in their personal trash. Butts left on the property may result in a cleaning surcharge. Zero tolerance for cannabis or marijuana use anywhere on the property.
Primary guest must be 25 or older at the time of booking.
Trash service handles curbside pickup twice weekly, no action needed from you during your stay.
